Below are reviews and testimonials from clients for whom we have provided wedding and/or reception planning and coordination,
invitations, accessories and consulting services.
Cindy Hamilton was the planner and coordinator for my wedding that took place on November 7, 2009. She was hired only three short weeks before my
wedding and did a great job of taking charge and control of all the small details that Nicole and I had overlooked. Our invitation list consisted of well over 400
people and over 300 guests attended the ceremony. We very much appreciate all the hard work and time that Cindy put into our special day. She took care of
every aspect of the wedding and reception and we didn't have to worry about anything. Cindy organized all musicians and performers as well as making sure
that everyone was in the right place at the right time. Everything went very smoothly on our wedding day.

Living in Florida, it was a little nerve wracking to think about planning such an important event from so far away. Cindy (of Coal Miners’ Daughters) became a
friend whose only priority was to make one of the most significant days of our lives into an amazing fairy tale. Her expert orchestration of our wedding day
translated our vision with style, grace and professionalism. EVERY detail exceeded our expectations and our quests were thoroughly impressed. We had a
beautiful and special wedding in such a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. She is an absolute pro in everything she does. The wedding reception was an
extraordinary experience! We are so very pleased and will recommend you to anyone. Thanks for making it so easy to plan from so far away.

"What a fantastic event - thank you, thank you, thank you...we will sing your praises!

Words cannot even begin to describe how grateful we are to Marcia and Cindy for all the hard work that they did to make our wedding the most special day
that it could be. Our invitations, fan programs, and personalized wine bag favors were terrific. They really captured the essence of our wedding. We could not
have been happier with the unique out of town guest folders that Marcia helped us to create. Perhaps the thing that has really set Coal Miner's Daughters
apart in our hearts is the fact that Marcia traveled 7 hours from her home to act as our wedding coordinator.
She did a fantastic job! From keeping the groom calm to scattering rose petals for our aisle to holding the umbrella over our musicians head so that we
would have music for our (somewhat rainy) outdoor ceremony, she did everything in her power to ensure that everything went off without a hitch. We
recommend that anyone planning a wedding make an appointment with Marcia and Cindy at Coal Miner's Daughters!

I want to thank you for making my daughter's destination wedding and open house, a wedding week we will never forget. The added touches were so
beautiful and elegant. I would recommend your professional services to anyone planning a special event. You helped to make our wedding "special".

Being new to the southern Illinois area, I was overwhelmed by the thought of planning my daughter’s wedding. The amount of planning, finding the right DJ,
flowers, church, etc. in an unfamiliar area was beyond what I could do alone. My daughter and I went to the Bridal Fair at the Williamson County Pavilion and
I found the answer to my prayers.
I met Cynthia (Cindy) of Coal Miners’ Daughters. Her abounding energy and vibrant personality made it an easy choice to hire her as my daughter’s Wedding
Coordinator. The itinerary that she prepared was instrumental in our planning of the ceremony and the music. She contacted each vendor and took over
coordinating their arrival times, service, and each and every detail. I simply can’t say enough about the day of the wedding. I, the Mother of the Bride, was
able to relax, enjoy the dressing and preparation of my daughter. I had no fears of what was being done in the church; no worries that the guests were being
greeted and seated; and that the groom and groomsmen were in place and ready to go. Her exceptional and professional service continued throughout the
reception. I actually enjoyed and participated in the reception without a worry in the world.

Thank you so much for being so wonderful and patient with me in the Invitation selection process. I went in with no idea of what I wanted and you allowed
me to look through book after book of invitations to make sure that I found the right one for me! When I finally found it, you both were so great to help me
customize it to fit in with the theme of my wedding! After recieving them just shortly after ordering them...they were beautiful! Also, thank you for the wonderful,
customized fan programs that you designed for me! They were very beautiful and and they added a very lovely touch to the wedding!

It was truly a pleasure to work with Marcia and Cindy on the programs, menu cards, name cards, and table numbers for my son’s wedding. They were all
beautiful! Even with the bride/groom living up north, everything worked out perfectly! Thank you for the wonderful job, I would definitely recommend your
talents!

Thank you so much for adding a special touch to our wedding! Marcia helped design programs, menu cards and name cards for our wedding this summer.
While planning out what I was looking for, she was great at giving feedback and expanding on the ideas that I was thinking of - she even found the perfect
ribbon that corresponded with all of our wedding colors to add the perfect touch to each piece. Even though the wedding was in a suburb of Chicago, Marcia
and Cindy did everything to help with all of the communication, whether it was through email, phone or mail. They really took the time to make our memories
special for us and our guests. Thank you for making our wedding stationary unique and memorable!

Coal Miners’ Daughters helped to enhance the incredibleness that was my wedding, the best day of my life. These two women were wonderful from day
one. They made my mom and I feel right at home and really helped us pick out the wedding invitations and customized programs that suited Dane and my
personality. Both Cindy and Marcia were so easy to work with and talk to. Two weeks before the wedding, tragedy struck and Dane's mom passed away.
Cindy and Marcia were right there, wondering what they could do to make things easier for me and Dane. Although the programs were already completed,
they added a small, but beautiful memorial at the bottom to recognize and remember my mother-in-law, free-of-charge. I couldn't have asked for anything
better. I highly, highly recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding.

On October 18, 2008 my childhood friend William Reagan and I, Krystal Prusacki became Mr. & Mrs. William Reagan.
William and I started our lives together at the age of five and seven, but we never imaged that we would truly start our lives with one another at the ages of 25
and 27. Our wedding and reception took place at the DuQuoin State Fairgrounds, on a beautiful October day. Our wedding had a romantic fall evening
theme, and was everything that we hoped it would be. The dream of this perfect wedding started to take off when I contacted Coal Miner’s Daughters. They
helped me to start my wedding preparations by helping me chose the perfect invitations. I was welcomed into their business, greeted with snacks and
beverages, and treated with warming smiles and enthusiasm.
Before meeting with them they had asked me some questions concerning my wedding theme and price range, so when I arrived they had went through all of
their albums and narrowed down the very wide selection for me; this was enormously helpful and very time efficient.
The invitations that I chose were three-fold, multi fall colored, had a leaf imprint on them, and a beautiful saying. I never imaged that I would find invitations
that were that beautiful and in my price range. When I received my invitations they were all folded for me and were packaged in beautiful boxes.
I appreciate all of the time, hard work, and compassion that these women put into making invitations so beautiful. I would highly recommend Coal Miner’s
Daughters to anyone!
