♥ Create a personal wedding checklist for you to ensure that you have accomplished necessary tasks before the wedding day
♥ Logistical analysis of ceremony and reception sites (determining décor issues, guest (crowd) flow, vendor set-up, seating issues, etc.)
♥ Organize and direct your wedding rehearsal and organize your wedding party
♥ Vendor follow-up with details and scheduling confirmation
♥ One (1) meeting immediately prior to rehearsal to review and confirm details (may be face-to-face or telephone meeting)
♥ Orchestrate and manage your rehearsal and organize your wedding party
SERVICES ON YOUR WEDDING DAY
♥ Oversee vendor commitments
♥ Keep event running on schedule
♥ Confer with caterer to ensure timely service
♥ Assist in the distribution of flowers, pinning of boutonnieres and corsages
♥ Manage the timing of your events with family wedding party and guests
♥ Greet your guests as they arrive at ceremony and reception sites (or assist your greeters in moving crowd)
♥ Line up special guests and family for honored seating
♥ Line up and “primp” wedding party for processional
♥ Ensure the stage is set for the guests to enter the reception area, candles lit, floral arrangements in place, cake is on display, vendors are on
schedule, etc.
♥ Provide emcee (or DJ) with schedule, including last minute changes, and educate him/he regarding the pronunciation of names (if needed,
will serve as emcee for event)
♥ Ensure vendors know that all issues or problems are to be brought to our attention to solve, it will be the determination of the lead planner as
to if/when a problem warrants notifying the host
♥ Handle any issues that arise so that you can relax and enjoy the day
♥ Package includes 1.5 hours on rehearsal and up to 8 hours on wedding day (additional hours can be negotiated)

$50 per hour
Events by Coal Miners’ Daughters may be retained as your wedding or event consultant at the rate of fifty dollars ($50) per hour, which includes but is
not limited to telephone calls, face-to-face meetings, emails, text messaging, round-trip travel time relating to appointments, etc.
Time will be logged in 15-minute increments.
Events by Coal Miners’ Daughters will keep accurate records of all billable time spent on your behalf, including face-to-face meetings, travel,
appointments, phone calls, email/text messaging, etc. A statement of time records will be provided to you upon billing.
Any round-trip travel over 50 miles from beginning location of Benton, Illinois will be charged at the current IRS standard mileage rate ($.50 per mile
effective 1/1/2010)
Note: Hourly rates apply to consulting only.

♥ ** Platinum Package includes the use of tall, filigree metal seating scroll stand and a custom 24” x 36” seating chart

♥ Create a comprehensive floor plan of ceremony venue to include honored guest seating
♥ Create a comprehensive floor plan of reception venue to establish seating arrangements, table assignments, meal choices, etc.
♥ Confirm contracts and timing of events with vendors
♥ Assist with selection of rehearsal dinner site

♥ Writing special ceremony/ reception components, such as including children, memorial tributes, salt/sand ceremonies, toasts, etc.

SERVICES ON WEDDING DAY

♥ Set up ancillary items as needed, i.e. guest books, programs, place cards, menu cards, table cards, toasting glasses, favors, candles, linens, etc.
